Bluestone Tin Limited ("BTX") advises that the merger with Metals Exploration Limited ("MTX") was completed with the transfer of all MTX shares to BTX and the issue of BTX shares to all MTX shareholders pursuant to the Scheme of Arrangement. Metals Exploration Limited is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Bluestone Tin Limited.
To reflect the fact that BTX is now a diversified company and no longer solely focused on the Tin industry, BTX shareholders have approved and the Company will change its name to Metals X Limited in the imminent future. Bluestone will advise all stakeholders on completion of the process and the new ASX code accordingly.
